Ever tried a burger that breaks all the usual brunch rules?

Playing it safe may be the norm, but Rebel Bakehouse and Scratch are taking a different route with their new All-Day Brunch Specials, combining buttery pastries and smash burgers into unexpected breakfast creations.

“Designed to challenge the ordinary,” the limited-time collaboration brings together Rebel Bakehouse’s pastry craft and Scratch’s signature smash burger style. 

Piña Chicken Sandwich

The result is three playful combinations that turn familiar breakfast ingredients into something entirely new.

First up is the Piña Chicken Sandwich, a refreshing choice for those who enjoy a sweet and tangy kick. 

It combines a Rebel pineapple bun, fried chicken thigh, pineapple coleslaw, calamansi labuyo honey, and salted egg tartar for a mix of tropical, savory, and spicy flavors.

Sausage MacRebel

For something more indulgent, the Sausage MacRebel stacks a house-made sausage patty, Rebel bun, fried egg, American cheddar, and hot honey mustard. 

It takes the classic breakfast sausage and egg combination and gives it a distinctly burger-inspired upgrade.

Brekkie Croissant Smash

Then there is the Brekkie Croissant Smash, a burger that will surely raise everyone’s eyebrows. 

Served in a Rebel butter croissant, the creation brings together spicy Scratch sauce, a smash beef patty, chicken longga jam, fried egg, American cheddar, crispy bacon, and pickled onion for a rich mix of sweet, savory, spicy, and umami flavors.
