The J. LLOREN EDITIONS
What if clothing could be collected like art?
J. LLOREN EDITIONS explores this idea by creating limited-edition garments that bring together Filipino fashion, visual art, craftsmanship, and culture.
Developed by designer Jojie Lloren, the new retail concept makes its debut at MaArte Fair 2026, happening from August 13 to 16 at The Peninsula Manila.

Its 25-piece pilot collection features block prints by printmaker Joey Cobcobo, photographs by Kim Montes, and woven craft by SC Vizcarra.
Rather than following seasonal trends or mass production, J. LLOREN EDITIONS approaches each garment as a collectible body of work.
Each style is limited to 12 pieces, with garments primarily produced upon order to reduce overproduction while giving every piece greater intention and value.
The approach places the collection somewhere between ready-to-wear and couture.
Samples and archival pieces will be available at the MaArte Fair, while subsequent garments will be created according to orders.
For Lloren, the concept is also about changing how fashion can interact with art. The collaboration is not simply about transferring an artwork from canvas or photograph to fabric, but about allowing the designer, artist, and maker to develop each piece together.
“I’m more interested in hearing a unique voice and a genuine passion for craft than fame,” Lloren says. “Every collaboration should feel natural where we talk about placement and everything is created together from start to finish.”
This philosophy extends to the way each piece is documented.
Every edition is individually authenticated, numbered, and recorded as part of the brand’s permanent House Archive, giving each garment a sense of provenance similar to a collectible artwork.

Beyond creating limited pieces, J. LLOREN EDITIONS also aims to build a platform that supports the Filipino creative community. A portion of sales will go toward its Artist Fund, which will support initiatives including artist royalties, creative grants, mentorships, residencies, exhibitions, publications, and the documentation of Philippine craftsmanship.
At its heart, the brand proposes a different definition of luxury—one measured not by abundance, but by rarity, craftsmanship, cultural significance, and longevity.
By producing fewer pieces and giving each one a story, J. LLOREN EDITIONS positions fashion as something to wear, collect, preserve, and eventually pass on.
