This coming May 23, Cup of Joe will bring the summer festival glow to the stage with their fourth major concert titled Sandali: The Cup of Joe Fest making history as the first Filipino band to perform a solo show at the Philippine Sports Stadium in Bulacan.

‘“We want to make this the best festival out there.”

Despite the pressure, the band members are filled with excitement and passion for the upcoming show, emphasizing what the concert means to both the group and their fans.

“This concert is not just for us. It’s for everyone who supported us through the years, so we want to show them that we really appreciate all their love and support,” vocalist Raphael Ridao shared.

As they prepare for their biggest stage yet, Cup of Joe looked back on their journey—from humble gigs in Baguio to sold-out concerts and major milestones. For them, this concert is both a celebration of nostalgic memories and a proud reminder of how far they have come with their supporters by their side.

“We made it this far, pero hindi namin ’to mararating kung wala sila.”

A Summer Fest, COJ-Style

Sandali: The Cup of Joe Fest draws inspiration from a summer festival concept, offering a whole new environment for Cup of Joe and their fans. The band members teased an exciting concert experience with plenty to anticipate.

First on the list is the Splash Zone, where fans can expect to get soaked as part of the full summer fest atmosphere.

Each member will also perform a solo number, alongside the return of the two subunits from their second show—Pink Penoy Club and Pink Soda. Fans can also expect fresh arrangements of their current songs, described as “totally different from Stardust.”

Kamikazee is also set to appear as a guest act. The band further revealed that the concert will feature a moving cart around the stadium, fireworks, and to complete the summer experience,  a water cannon.

Press Play On Sandali

Another major highlight of the concert is the first live performance of songs from Cup of Joe’s EP, Sandali, which was released on May 1.

Described as a mini-album packed with perfect summer tunes, the record leans into easy, sun-soaked tracks—the kind that feel right at home in a travel montage, as one member joked.

Among the tracks is a song about choosing between the path you want for yourself and the one others want for you.

“Choosing between your dream or yung dream ng iba para sa’yo. Feeling ko maraming magre-resonate sa song.”

Sandali: The Cup of Joe Fest officially starts at 9 PM on May 23, with the soundcheck show beginning at 6:30 PM. Splash Zone attendees may line up as early as 5 PM, while non-Splash Zone ticket holders will not need to queue since all seats are reserved.
