Rustan’s Beauty Source marks the return of GRLPWR for its seventh year with GRLPWR 2026: Beyond the Frame, a month-long celebration of women, beauty, and the arts happening throughout March.

More than an annual beauty campaign, GRLPWR has evolved into a platform that champions individuality, creativity, and feminine strength. This year’s edition expands the experience by spotlighting Filipina artists and creatives whose works explore identity, empowerment, and modern womanhood.

At Rustan’s Beauty Source, beauty extends beyond products. Alongside curated selections from the world’s most sought-after beauty houses, guests can discover a curated exhibition of works across photography, visual art, performance, and design—each offering a unique perspective on self-expression.

A Gallery Experience at Rustan’s

From March 1 to 31 at Rustan’s Shangri-La, three Filipina creatives interpret the theme “I Create, Therefore I Am” through photography, movement, and textile.

Photographer Shaira Luna presents Days Are Long (2015), a nostalgic series capturing intimate moments of girlhood and the quiet rituals that shape identity.

Movement artist Alison Black debuts a dance film that reflects her return to creating for joy rather than perfection, exploring femininity through contemporary choreography.

Artist and designer Martina Lebron unveils KUNDIMAN on silk, a wearable artwork inspired by the Filipino love song, where Sampaguita motifs and rhythmic stripes evoke romance and cultural nostalgia.

At the Rustan’s Makati Beauty Courtyard, painter Camille Oster Yu showcases tranquil abstractions inspired by the fluid elegance of koi. Multimedia artist and architect Tara Soriano transforms the exhibition space through light and digital elements, while interior designer and painter Rachel Le Roux presents works celebrating the female form through layered pigments and textile-inspired textures.

Together, these artists highlight creation as a deeply personal act—an expression of story, culture, and individuality.

The exhibition also features immersive elements including sculptural installations, an interactive photowall, and live performances throughout the month. Guests can enjoy DJ sets by DJ Jimmy Nocon at Rustan’s Shangri-La and DJ Rafa at Rustan’s Makati, alongside acoustic-electronic music performances, contemporary dance pieces, and live beauty art installations.

On March 7 from 11AM to 3PM, guests participated in The Crafting Corner, an interactive activity where participants experimented with color and technique alongside featured artists.

Exclusive Offers and Beauty Addict Rewards

To complement the experience, GRLPWR 2026 introduces exclusive event-day offers and rewards for shoppers.

On March 7, guests received a complimentary Beauty Addict membership with any purchase. Existing members enjoyed ₱1,000 off with a minimum spend of ₱15,000, plus a 10× points multiplier for every ₱1,000 purchase. Members who download or update their details on the Beauty Addict Mobile App will also receive 50 bonus points.

A highlight of the campaign is The Curator’s Collection, available March 7 only at Rustan’s Shangri-La. Guests could purchase a limited-edition Collector’s Beauty Pouch for ₱6,000, valued at over ₱10,000, featuring a curated selection of beauty favorites. Beauty Addict members could choose from two colorways inspired by featured beauty looks.

Members also received a GRLPWR Modern Tote Bag with a minimum purchase of ₱2,500 on March 7, while purchases from March 8 to 31 will earn 5× Beauty Addict points.

From March 14 to 15, members who spend ₱2,500 between 2PM and 6PM at Rustan’s Shangri-La will receive a complimentary portrait photo frame as part of the live art experience.

Beauty Beyond the Frame

The celebration continues with additional rewards for Beauty Addict members. From March 1 to April 30, members who spend ₱25,000 can receive the Umbra Wavy Jewelry Organizer through the Beauty Addict Chrome Collection GWP promo.

Meanwhile, Gallery Gateway gives members the chance to win a four-day, three-night luxury stay for two in Ho Chi Minh City, inclusive of round-trip business class flights. Every ₱5,000 purchase from March 1 to May 31, 2026 earns one e-raffle entry.
