It focuses on real problems faced by Filipino motorists: long congestion, limited information on available parking spaces, and wasted fuel caused by cars idling on the road.

The Vision Behind The Luv Ecosystem
Luvpark is the latest project led by entrepreneur Charles Anthony M. Dumancas (CMD), President and CEO. Although based in Bacolod, CMD has built businesses across several industries such as construction, real estate, financing, manufacturing, and digital services, all guided by the goal of solving everyday problems.
He saw that parking systems had stayed the same for many years and believed that smart mobility could finally make parking easier and more organized.
The name “Luv” comes from CMD’s mother-in-law, Mommy Love, whose support inspired him to build something meaningful. Luvpark is the first step in forming the larger LUV ecosystem, a group of businesses meant to create solutions that help communities and improve daily life. CMD believes that entrepreneurship should not only make profit but also create real, positive change.
Metro Manila Towards Smart Parking
Luvpark’s leadership team recently shared how they plan to improve the parking experience in Metro Manila and other busy cities. During the official media roundtable discussion with Charles Anthony Dumancas, Leeroy Livas Shoko, and Cathrina Dumancas answered and explained from the company’s vision to its future plans.
According to CMD, the idea for Luvpark came from a simple frustration many Filipinos know well. “You’re already late, circling the block for the third time. That frustration alone inspired Luvpark,” he said. His goal is not just to release another mobile app but to improve how Filipinos move around cities by helping them save time and reduce stress.
Leeroy Livias Shoko, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, brings strong experience in parking technology as one of the co-founders of Dibz Parking. He makes sure daily operations run smoothly and that Luvpark’s systems match the real needs of motorists.
“It’s tech that understands your routine, your frustrations, and your need for convenience. Luvpark is here to make sure parking becomes the easiest part of your day,” he shared.
The company’s next generation of leadership is represented by Cathrina Y. Dumancas (CYD), General Manager. She earned her MBA from Harvard University and has worked in Boston using AI systems to improve real estate operations.
Her background allows her to combine global best practices with a clear understanding of the Philippine market. CYD ensures that all company efforts stay aligned with the vision of the wider LUV ecosystem.
Simple, Automated, and Stress-Free
Luvpark is set to launch its full Smart Parking System in the first quarter of 2026. It is designed to make parking easier for drivers and more efficient for property owners.
Motorists can use the Luvpark mobile app to check nearby available parking slots in real-time and avoid driving around in circles. They can also reserve a spot ahead of time through the “Skip the Search” feature. Payments are flexible and can be done through the app using cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, or the Scan-to-Pay option, although cash is still accepted.
On the ground, Luvpark uses automated ticket machines with QR codes, central payment stations, and exit gates that open automatically after verifying QR receipts. The company also plans to improve street parking by offering real-time updates on curbside availability to help cities reduce road clutter and improve the flow of traffic.
For property owners, Luvpark provides complete parking management, including trained staff, equipment, and modern payment systems. Owners can also monitor occupancy and transactions in real-time, helping them understand peak hours and spot opportunities to improve their space.
Luvpark offers flexible partnership options like Lease and Operate for steady returns or Revenue Sharing, which lets both sides benefit from the earnings while Luvpark handles operations and upgrades.
