Carmen’s Best unveiled a new treat that combines the pure indulgence of fresh milk with the cool convenience of an ice cream bar.
The Milk Bar, a 100% frozen fresh milk delight, was recently launched at the Carmen's Best Ice Cream Parlor at the SM Mall of Asia. The launch hosted by Dogshow Divas’ Macoy Dubs and Baus Rufo featured engaging games, a special tasting experience with a guest chef, and unlimited ice cream and milk shots for everyone. Chef Beda Evangelista demonstrated the versatility of The Milk Bar by leading the guests through a culinary tasting. The experience showcased delicious pairings including toasted pistachio with matcha, crumbled bacon with maple syrup, and a Milk Bar affogato, illustrating how perfectly the Milk Bar pairs with various flavors without feeling too heavy.
Tasting one for myself, I personally enjoyed its velvety texture and rich creamy goodness. For a milk lover, I enjoyed the authentic taste without having the unwanted feeling of consuming artificial sweeteners and harmful preservatives. It has a unique proposition, offering something fresher and healthier than the commercially produced ice creams in the market. Interestingly, the Milk Bar packs are only 183 calories per serving, with none of the unnecessary additives, delivering guilt-free goodness in every bite.
