Wellness dining often brings to mind quiet retreats, fresh air, and time away from the city.

On September 30, that philosophy made its way into Manila through The Harvest Table, a culinary collaboration between Sheraton Manila Bay and The Farm at San Benito, Autograph Collection.

Known for its wellness-focused approach, The Farm at San Benito brings its culinary philosophy from its Batangas setting to an urban audience, offering a different way to think about what belongs on everyday table.

At the center of the collaboration are Chef Rose Marie of The Farm and Sheraton Manila Bay’s Chef Gilbert, who will work together to prepare select dishes from the evening’s menu.

Their collaboration places the chefs themselves at the heart of the experience, translating The Farm’s approach to wholesome and nourishing cuisine into a shared dining setting.

Rather than treating wellness as something separate from pleasure, The Harvest Table brings together fresh ingredients, balanced nutrition, and flavor. It reflects a broader shift toward dining that considers not only how food tastes, but how it makes us feel and fits into the way we live.

For Manila diners, the collaboration offers a glimpse of The Farm’s culinary perspective without having to leave the city.

What begins in the wellness destination of Batangas arrives at Sheraton Manila Bay as a shared table—one where food becomes a meeting point between nourishment, hospitality, and community.

At its heart, The Harvest Table is less about choosing between indulgence and wellness than finding a place where the two can comfortably meet.
