There is something about a familiar place feeling new again.
This season, Ayala Malls is giving shoppers more reasons to look twice. Across Greenbelt, Glorietta, and One Ayala, a new wave of international brands is set to arrive, bringing together fashion, fragrance, dining, and specialty coffee in ways that make the usual mall visit feel a little different.
Rather than simply adding more names to its spaces, the upcoming debuts reflect a more considered approach to what people are looking for now. From brands already making noise globally to niche names that invite a closer look, each addition offers something new to discover.
New Arrival in Fashion
At Glorietta and Greenbelt, fashion takes on a sharper direction with the arrival of several international names.
Musinsa Standard at Glorietta
South Korea’s Musinsa Standard is set to open its first Southeast Asian store, bringing its approach to contemporary fashion to the local scene. Joining the lineup are ON, Carhartt, and Seoul-based EMIS, adding more variety to the way shoppers can explore everyday style.
The new arrivals are not just about having more options. They reflect the growing interest in brands with a distinct point of view—ones that have already built their own communities and identities beyond the mall.
Fragrance Worth Staying For
For those who prefer their discoveries a little more personal, Greenbelt is also set to welcome a selection of niche and luxury fragrance houses.
Byredo at Greenbelt
Byredo, Penhaligon’s, Creed, Kilian, Acqua di Parma, and Matiere Premiere will join the destination’s fragrance offerings, while Born to Stand Out will arrive at Glorietta.
Here, fragrance becomes more than something picked off a shelf. Finding a scent can be its own kind of ritual—one shaped by memory, mood, and the simple search for something that feels right.
Something New for the Table
The new season also extends to dining. Cebu-based The Pig & Palm, led by Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton, is among the upcoming additions, alongside Sobamae Yamato, known for handcrafted Japanese soba. Bread Ahead London Borough Market will bring its sourdough breads and artisanal doughnuts, while Spain’s smöoy adds frozen yogurt and ice cream to the mix.

Each brings a different taste and experience, giving familiar destinations another reason to stop, eat, and stay a little longer.
More Reasons to Linger
The same spirit continues into coffee and drinks, with Sydney-to-New York café Ten Thousand Coffee and Seoul’s Super Matcha joining the lineup.
Together, these arrivals signal a new season for Ayala Malls—one shaped less by simply having more and more by making room for things people are curious about, talking about, and waiting to experience.
For Greenbelt, Glorietta, and One Ayala, the upcoming debuts bring a sense of movement to places people already know. And sometimes, that is enough to make a familiar destination feel worth discovering all over again.
