Forbes 5-Star Okada Manila welcomes the Mid-Autumn season with Mid-Autumn Confections, a limited-edition collection that gives the traditional mooncake a contemporary chocolate twist. Available from August 24 to October 7, 2026, at PHP 3,988 nett per box, the collection celebrates the spirit of Mid-Autumn through handcrafted chocolate creations inspired by the tradition of gifting, sharing, and coming together.

For generations, mooncakes have been exchanged among family and friends as symbols of reunion, gratitude, and good fortune. At Okada Manila, this cherished tradition takes on a new form. Each chocolate mooncake retains the familiar shape of the classic confection, but opens to reveal a delicate chocolate shell and a rich, carefully crafted center.

Presented in an elegant gift box, the seven-piece assortment showcases the creativity and craftsmanship of Okada Manila’s pastry team. Whether given as a thoughtful gift, shared around the table, or enjoyed one piece at a time, each creation is designed to make the Mid-Autumn celebration a little more memorable.

The collection features seven distinct flavors. Tiramisu combines rich coffee notes with a smooth, creamy center, while Citrus offers a bright and silky contrast. Pistachio Kataifi pairs roasted pistachio with delicate crispness, and Hazelnut brings together toasted nuttiness and a smooth, lingering finish. Salted Caramel balances buttery sweetness with a touch of sea salt, while 64% Dark Chocolate delivers deep, bittersweet cocoa notes. Completing the collection is Sesame with White Lotus, which combines roasted sesame with the gentle sweetness of lotus—a nod to a beloved Mid-Autumn flavor pairing.
