Celebrate the artistry of queer creatives by visiting Komiket Pride Week 2 from June 13 to 15, 10 AM to 8 PM at Ayala Malls Market Market in Bonifacio Global City. Organized by Komiket Philippines, this event is a true celebration of community and creativity, uplifting local queer voices.
2. QUEERLAYAAN Art Market
On June 14, from 10 AM to 8 PM, make your way to Bayanihan Center in Pasig City for QUEERLAYAAN, an art market that celebrates the creativity of queer artisans. With a minimal entrance fee of P100, explore handmade accessories, unique items, and artworks by over 200 LGBTQ+ artists.
More than the art shopping experience, QUEERLAYAAN is a lively and inclusive space featuring live performances and interactive activities. It’s a perfect opportunity to discover one-of-a-kind finds while supporting local queer creators.
3. “Bawat Bonggang Bagay” theater play
Running from June 14 to 22 at the Power Mac Center Spotlight Blackbox Theater in Circuit Makati, Bawat Bonggang Bagay offers a humorous and heartfelt exploration of life’s beautiful moments. This Filipino adaptation of Duncan Macmillan’s Every Brilliant Thing, starring the iconic Jon Santos, dives into themes of mental health and self-discovery.
