Healing Through Science and Brotherhood
At Brovage, taboos about men’s sexual health are spoken freely as the country’s first luxury men’s clinic redefines the modern Filipino man, reclaiming their confidence, performance, and sense of self.

You don’t expect to find a bar inside a clinic.
Yet at Brovage Clinic, nestled in the quiet sophistication of BGC’s W Building, you see just that—the Brovage Bar, gleaming under soft light, welcoming men to sit, breathe, and talk. Not just about work or cars or golf, but about their health, their performance, their bodies.
This candid revolution surpasses the masculine urge to bottle up, merged through science and luxury.
A haven for the modern Filipino man
Dr. Frederick “Eric” Mendiola and Dr. Z’Shen Teo, two of the doctors behind Brovage
The clinic’s founders, Dr. Frederick Mendiola, Dr. Z’Shen Teo, and Dr. Alan Tan, conceptualized Brovage five years ago with a simple yet radical idea: that men, too, deserve a sanctuary.
“In most cases, they don’t want to talk about it,” says Dr. Teo. “You will not talk to your guy, but we all know. We all have our own issues, be it small or big. We just don’t wanna say anything. So where do people go?”

In that question lies Brovage’s reason for being.
Set to redefine the landscape of men’s healthcare, Brovage is the Philippines’ first clinic dedicated solely to men’s sexual health, aesthetic urology, and advanced wellness. It’s a space for men to ask questions that usually get buried under pride or shame, to get answers that are medical, not mythic.
The art of privacy

Step into Brovage and the first thing you notice is what you don’t see—no crowded waiting room, no lines of patients fidgeting with clipboards. Every visit is by appointment, every experience tailored.
“When you come into the W building, it’s by appointment,” Dr. Teo explains. “You have secret ports outside where you can wait in privacy. Each room is built with its own lounge—you can have your own waiting room inside your treatment room. It’s breaking the ceiling of what a clinic should be. Now we come to you because we value your privacy.”
It’s medicine, yes—but also meticulously designed. Brovage feels more like a curated sanctuary than a hospital: warm wooden walls, curated lighting, and an aura of calm that blurs the boundary between self-care and self-rediscovery.
Healing beyond function
Behind the aesthetic is a powerful proposition: that men’s health is not merely about function, but about feeling whole again.

“True strength lies in the synergy of health, confidence, and sexual well-being,” says Dr. Mendiola, Brovage’s Chief Executive Officer and an internationally recognized authority in sexual medicine. “Our mission is to offer men an exclusive space where they can openly prioritize their vitality with world-class expertise, utmost discretion, and the highest standard of medical innovation.”
That philosophy translates into an ecosystem of state-of-the-art treatments that blend science, technology, and artistry. Brovage offers a wide range of services, from addressing erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation to hormonal optimization and longevity therapies like NAD+ infusions and peptide treatments.

Then there’s aesthetic urology, a new frontier that includes non-surgical penile enhancement, glans augmentation, and even Scrotox, a treatment for both aesthetic appeal and comfort. Every detail, every intervention, is grounded in precision medicine and guided by the clinic’s ethos: to make men feel confident in their own bodies again.

A vision beyond border
Dr. Mendiola hopes to expand the Brovage brand internationally, building a network of clinics where men can find the same balance of luxury, science, and privacy. “We’re not just building a medical practice,” he says. “We’re building a new way for men to see themselves.”

In an age obsessed with optimization—of productivity, of physique, of image—Brovage offers a subtler kind of upgrade: a return to self-awareness.
Here, masculinity is not about denial or dominance. It’s about care.
And as you leave, perhaps after a quiet conversation at the Brovage Bar, that becomes the clinic’s quietest, boldest statement, where even the strongest men need a place to heal.
