Our favorite Japanese foods have just gotten even more oishii and crunchier as Ebi10 teams up with the beloved snack, Cheetos, for a limited-edition collaboration, bringing flavor and color explosion to our comfort dishes.
From an addictive tuna roll wrapped in Flamin’ Hot Cheetos to a delectable tempura coated in Cheetos Cheddar Jalapeño, Ebi10 has surprised its guests with a menu that combines the best of both worlds: Japanese flavors and the signature Cheetos crunch.
During the official launch at the Ayala Mall branch, Mica Viray, Founder and Managing Partner of Ebi10, shared that the brand has always been more than just bringing Japanese favorites closer to everyone, but also making them exciting and unexpected–and its partnership with Cheetos was a perfect way to further push that boundary.
Adventure in every bite
The Ebi10 x Cheetos menu, crafted by Chef Mikko Reyes, features four unique dishes created to make every taste a surprise. By blending texture, flavor, and heat, Chef Mikko brings to the table a playful twist to the familiar Japanese comfort food that is both bold and fun:
Everyone knows the classic tempura, but have you ever tried it with a cheesy, spicy kick? That’s the Ebi Cheetos Furai, five irresistibly juicy shrimp coated in Cheetos Cheddar Jalapeño, paired with sesame cabbage salad, karai mayo, and katsu mayo.
Sushi just got a spicy makeover with the Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Tuna Roll. It’s a bold combination of fresh tuna, mango, and cucumber, rolled in Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, and drizzled with dynamite and teriyaki sauces.
If you love chicken katsu, spice, and cheese, you’ll definitely enjoy the Tori Chee-Tonkatsu because it’s all three in one. This crispy chicken katsu is taken to another level with a Cheddar Jalapeño Cheetos crust, served with sesame cabbage salad and a creamy mayo duo.
And what’s a great meal without a dessert? Ebi10’s Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Sundae is something you won't expect but would not want to miss out on. The classic vanilla ice cream gets a fun spin with Cheetos Flamin’ Hot, brownie bits, and miso butterscotch.

The Ebi10 x Cheetos collaboration brings together two distinct comfort foods to create something entirely fresh and exciting.
For Marjorie Chan, Marketing Manager of Pepsi Frito Lay Group, Cheetos’ core has always been about bold self-expression and having fun with flavor.
“Working with Ebi10 allowed us to bring that personality into a new experience — crunchy, daring, and full of creativity,” Chan said.
The Ebi10 x Cheetos collaboration will run from October 8 to November 30, 2025. Customers can enjoy these one-of-a-kind creations at Ebi10 branches in One Ayala, Capitol Commons, Greenhills, Eastwood, Angeles, Nuvali, and Vermosa.
