Singapore Design Week (SDW) returns with FIND – Design Fair Asia 2025, exploring the theme “A Nation by Design,” a celebration of Singapore’s 60 years of independence through creativity and innovation, organized by DesignSingapore Council.
This year’s theme aligns with FIND’s mission of strengthening and showcasing innovations in design, emerging talents, and global perspectives by connecting industry professionals, buyers, and developers.
“Through the lens of ‘Nation by Design’, we want to inspire Singaporeans to see design not just as a creative discipline, but as a powerful force for shaping how we live, lead, and thrive together as a nation,” said Dawn Lim, Executive Director of the DesignSingapore Council.

DMG Events and Fiera Milano organize FIND, the anchor event of SDW, connecting leading suppliers in furniture, interiors, and design brands.
FIND, Asia’s premier furniture and design marketplace, will feature more than 300 international brands, including France, Italy, Thailand, Japan, Indonesia, and the Czech Republic, in a 14,000 square meter total exhibition area displaying diverse categories of products.

This year’s exhibition goes beyond Southeast Asia with EMERGE @ FIND, an integral part of the event where 70 emerging designers across Asia will be given the spotlight. This includes creatives from China, Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, and Taiwan.
The co-curators, Edwin Low, the founder of Singapore design brand Supermama, and Suzy Annetta, founding editor-in-chief of Design Anthology, explore the theme “Dialogue Through Design,” which represents conversation between people, culture, materials, and time.
Italy Pavillion - Composit
“As the first Singaporean curator for EMERGE, I am proud to present a showcase reflecting where design in Asia is headed, it’s one rooted in material culture, open to new voices, methods, and ways of connecting,” said Low.
The theme emphasizes the importance of storytelling in art, bridging innovation and identity. By emphasizing storytelling, the theme invites artists and audiences alike to explore deeper meanings behind their work, fostering a richer dialogue between tradition and modernity.
Czech Republic Pavilion - Knights Craft
“It’s always a joy to reconnect with familiar faces and even more exciting to discover fresh talent from across Asia. This year’s expanded line-up truly reflects the richness and diversity of design in this part of the world,” added Annetta.
Beyond the products, FIND also exhibits creative and innovative ideas that would help and inspire people. In a three-day conference, the FIND Global Summit will feature 60 outstanding urban planning, architecture, and design speakers from 23 countries. The summit discusses topics such as culture, hospitality, and sustainable living.

“Our aim is to spark creative exchanges with the ’25 edition of the Summit that extend far beyond the show and help move the industry forward,” said Carl Press, Event Director of FIND – Design Fair Asia
While FIND attracts industry leaders and professionals, the exhibits are also open to the public, especially those interested in architecture, furniture, and design.
The event will run from September 11 to 13, 2025, at Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre in Singapore. The exhibit is free for early registration on September 10, 2025, and it is also open for walk-ins for S$39.
