Theater fans will soon be introduced to SIX the Musical as it hits Manila this October!

Royal Phenomenon

Written by Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss, SIX is based on the story of King Henry VIII’s six wives. In this modern pop musical, the historical women come into their own as they step out of the shadow of their formidable husband to reclaim their story.

Fierce and influential, the stories of Catherine of Aragon, Anne Boleyn, Jane Seymour, Anna of Cleves, Katherine Howard, and Catherine Parr will take the audience back in time. The production will dazzle Filipino audiences with a show that entertainingly combines music and history.

Since its first staging in 2017, the phenomenal musical has been widely praised due to its catchy tunes and empowering message, even bagging 35 major international awards. Currently, the musical has been seen by 3.5 million people every year while touring internationally in countries such as South Korea, Canada, Australia, United States, and now in the Philippines.

Exceptional Cast

Playing the queens are Billie Kerr as Catherine of Aragon, Yna Tresvalles as Anne Boleyn, Liberty Stottor as Jane Seymour, Hannah Victoria as Anna of Cleves, Lizzie Emery as Katherine Howard, and Eloise Lord as Catherine Parr, along with Izzy Formby-Jackson, Lorren Santo-Quinn, Erin Summerhayes, and Milly Willows as the alternates. The musical is directed by Lucy Moss and Jamie Armitage.

Tales of Her-story

Brought to you by Kenny Wax, Wendy and Andy Barnes, and George Stiles, in collaboration with GMG Productions, the six queens of SIX the Musical will reign and deliver a revolutionary performance from October 4 to 20 at the Theatre at Solaire.

“This is not just a show but an experience that celebrates the strength and resilience of women in a way that is both entertaining and empowering,” said GMG Productions’ CEO Carlos Candal.
