Discover your current fitness level at the Technogym Checkup station, where comprehensive assessments provide valuable insights to help build a personalized wellness plan. It captures metrics across different areas to calculate a user’s “Wellness Age” and suggests customized training programs.
Experience the Technogym Connected Dumbbells, a compact strength-training solution designed to fit residential spaces. The smart, space-saving adjustable dumbbell set replaces multiple weights with a single pair that adjusts from 2 to 24 kg. The dumbbells can also be connected to the Technogym App to track movements and provide AI-driven personalized load recommendations.
Technogym Checkup
The Technogym Run offers more than a traditional treadmill, combining advanced biofeedback technology with performance-driven features for a smarter running experience. Equipped with a shock-absorbing slat belt and 27-inch display, the machine allows a runner to switch instantly between running, guided bootcamps, and weighted sled pushes.
