Wellness can take many forms, from finding time to rest and move to enjoying a meal rooted in local flavors. At SAVÈA Bay City Manila, these everyday rituals shape The Art of Wellness, a campaign that introduces the hotel through three experiences: SAVÈA Soothes, SAVÈA Moves, and SAVÈA Savors.

SAVÈA Soothes brings traditional Filipino healing to the guest’s experience through a partnership with Hilomnan. Rooted in the Filipino concept of hilom, or healing, the initiative offers three hilot treatments: Hilot Aruga, Hilot Bighis, and Hilot Yugto.

These practices introduce guests to a form of care passed down through generations, presented within a contemporary hospitality setting.

Movement takes center stage at SAVÈA Moves, which offers complimentary Pilates classes alongside a 25-meter lap pool and fitness center.

Whether through a guided session, a morning swim, or a workout between meetings, guests have opportunities to incorporate physical activity into their stay.

Meanwhile, SAVÈA Savors explores wellness through food at The Bay Table by Casa Brasa, the hotel’s signature restaurant.

Led by Corporate Executive Chef Kennedy Alfonso, the restaurant highlights Philippine cuisine through familiar favorites and regional specialties.

One standout is Sabo Tadyang sa Kamias at Kamatis, a Kapampangan dish featuring beef ribs, kamias, and tomatoes, prepared using the restaurant’s signature live-fire technique.

The experience extends beyond the property into the wider Aseana City area, where guests can find fitness establishments, sports facilities, open-air spaces, and recreational activities, including tennis and pickleball.

Together, the three pillars reflect SAVÈA’s approach to hospitality, where wellness is not confined to a single treatment or activity—instead, guests can shape their stay around rest, movement, and dining, with opportunities to recharge both within the hotel and throughout the Bay City.
