On March 22, 2024, we were joined by aficionados of craftsmanship and sophistication to witness the inauguration of Orient Star’s newest enclave in the Philippines. With over seven decades of rich history steeped in precision engineering and timeless design, Orient Star epitomizes the quintessence of Japanese watchmaking mastery.

Originating in 1901, Orient's journey traces back to the entrepreneurial spirit of Shogoro Yoshida, who began by retailing imported pocket watches in Ueno, Tokyo. From these humble beginnings, the Orient Watch Company Limited emerged in 1950, giving birth to the prestigious Orient Star brand in 1951.
