This May, grey is the new black as New Balance presents Grey Days 2025—a month-long celebration of its iconic color and the values that have shaped the brand for decades.
Grey is more than a color; it’s a mindset. Originally introduced in the 1980s to give urban runners a stylish edge, it has since evolved into a global symbol of New Balance’s commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and fearless independence.
Grey Days 2025 showcases the color’s versatility across 21 footwear styles and 11 apparel pieces, blending timeless classics with modern favorites.
The celebration’s centerpiece is the highly anticipated return of the iconic 1300JP—a once-every-five-years release, renowned for its exceptional craftsmanship and legendary status in sneaker culture.
“Whether you're new to the brand or a longtime loyalist, Grey embodies the promise of everything that sets New Balance apart,” said Global Vice President of Lifestyle Brian Lynn.
The celebration kicks off on May 1 with the launch of The Grey Shop, available both online and in New Balance stores. This dedicated retail experience features a curated selection of footwear, including standout styles like the 9060, T500, 740, and Fresh Foam X 1080v14.
On May 14, New Balance debuts the 1906 Loafer—a sleek fusion of sneaker comfort and penny loafer polish—available for a suggested retail price of ₱9,495.00.
Then, on May 22, two highly anticipated silhouettes debut: the ABZORB 2010, a progressive reinterpretation of early 2000s running design, and the 471, a modern take on a classic '70s running silhouette. These will retail for ₱11,795.00 and ₱6,295.00, respectively.
The Grey Days 2025 collection will be available globally throughout May at New Balance stores, NewBalance.com, and select retailers, with prices ranging from ₱4,295.00 to ₱17,995.00.
