Altro Mondo Arte Contemporanea is proud to present Philosophy of Seeing, a solo exhibition featuring the works of Tyrone Espinosa at the Altro Mondo Creative Space gallery (1159 Chino Roces Ave. San Antonio Village, Makati City). The exhibition will run from 21 January to 18 February 2023.

Sculptor and painter Tyrone Espinosa's solo exhibition "Philosophy of Seeing" lies within the philosophical epoch that orients the literal and non-literal eye or “I” towards or away from the self and object or others.

Through ornate, meticulously carved sculptures shaped like eyes with elegantly inlaid wood embedded with different patterns and symbols., Espinosa straddles the line between ambivalence and certainty, consciousness, and perception–after all, the eyes are the window to the soul.

Tyrone Espinosa is a multi-awarded sculptor and painter. He known for the Surreal Expressionism is his art style. He was born in 1991 and he finished a BS Architecture degree at the Iloilo Science and Technology University.
