The timeless magic of Original Pilipino Music (OPM) lives on–and it's taking on a vibrant new form in SWABE, a six-track compilation from Viva Music Publishing INC., in collaboration with Viva Records, Vicor Music, and Ivory Music.

SWABE is a bold yet heartfelt revival of iconic Pinoy pop brought to life with the voices of today. More than a revival, it's a statement of reawakening–infusing beloved tracks from the past with the heart and creativity of rising artists, reshaping nostalgia into something vivid and current.

Singer-songwriter Amiel Sol, known for the hit "Sa Bawat Sandali," sets the tone with "Pagdating ng Panahon." His gentle, sincere take on Ice Seguerra's classic embraces the quiet strength of longing for true love. Amiel's voice gently floats between patience and promise–an ideal anthem for hopeful hearts.

Fresh from his first breakout hit, "Tibok," Earl Agustin reshapes M.Y.M.P.'s  "A Little Bit" into a torpe R&B groove. With jazzy textures and nervous charm, Earl captures the dizzying mental loop of crushing hard and saying little. Its playful yet vulnerable tone appeals to overthinkers in love.

Janine approaches South Border's "Love Of My Life" as a slow-burning, lo-fi confession. She dials down the drama and turns up the intimacy, channeling a quiet emotional evolution. Her version doesn't plead–it accepts, offering space for healing.

Singer-songwriter of retro pop "Miss Miss," Rob Deniel revives Hotdog's "Ikaw Ang Miss Universe Ng Buhay Ko" with charm and wit. His cheeky, charismatic take is steeped in Manila Sound nostalgia. Rob approaches this tribute like a handwritten love letter, genuine and sweet in a world of filters and flexing.

Rhodessa, behind the hit "Kisame," brings her dreamy bedroom-pop energy to Rico Blanco's fan-favourite "Antukin." With a playful but sincere touch, her rendition becomes a love letter to overthinkers, reminding us it's okay to feel vulnerable and to rest under the weight of our emotions.

Shanne Dandan reimagines Ogie Alcasid's "Mahal Kita, Walang Iba" with a breathtaking approach, trading the ballad energy for ambient intimacy. Shanne delivers a love song that feels whispered directly to our hearts. It's not just a declaration–it's a raw and aching devotion.

Launched to a sold-out audience at Viva Cafe in Cubao on April 10, 2025, and now available on all major streaming platforms, SWABE invites listeners to experience timeless classics and familiar stories through fresh, modern voices.

SWABE is not just a tribute–it's an audiovisual bridge between generations, ensuring that OPM's legacy doesn't just echo, but evolves.
