The journey to this new location was serendipitous. Chef Cristina discovered the Proscenium during its early development phase and immediately envisioned it as the perfect spot for Carmelo’s. Through a combination of casual applications, persistent coordination, and heartfelt prayers, her vision came to fruition, turning her dream into reality.

"Everything you see here is my vision," Chef Cristina shares. "From design to execution, every detail carries my stamp of approval." The ambiance of Carmelo’s is an alluring blend of warmth and sophistication. Gold mesh curtains reflect soft, warm lights, creating a magical dining atmosphere that stands apart from anything Manila has seen.

The Moules Marinieres, a nod to cherished memories with her father in Paris, features mussels in a savory broth.
