Nestled in the ground floor of the Ellis Makati in Salcedo Park, this new concept brings the Italian “bar” to the Philippines. While Filipinos would associate the word “bar” with an establishment purely focused on drinks, in Italy, “bar” is used the same way we would use “café” or “coffee shop.” “Bars” are places where Italians get a quick caffe (espresso) usually while standing at the bar.
