“C I 2 i” is a two-man exhibition by Franz “Nano” Vocalan and John Loyd Benz De Leon, featuring the fusion of the two artists’ worlds in a series of colorful pastel works. The theme goes hand-in-hand with the phonetic wordplay of “seeing eye to eye”, merging the two in an exercise of agreement. “C i 2 i” aims to deconstruct the process of finding contrast within each other and, ultimately, finding a common ground.
