A young artist creates an installation out of dried leaves she collected for the past 4 years.

Escario incorporates this patten into her work to convey the ebb and flow and continuity of human life and nature. Her use of organic materials is a reaction against the use of synthetic and harsh chemical-based products used in her previous works.
“Dahon aims to evoke a visceral experience from the audience; taping the unconscious to deepen people’s understanding and appreciation of the transitory and the passing of life and time as elements of a beautiful, well-planned design of God”
“Dahon” is on view at the Corredor Gallery, UP College of Fine Arts, Diliman QC until April 24, 2018.
